The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a Viton rubber material designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. Absolutely the BEST hold for headphones!!

Perfect...just needed something easy to use and gentle on my headphones to get them out of the way when not in use. I have purchased several different holders from "TotalMount" and all their stuff is top quality high grade. Nothing flimsy here. I would highly recommend. Holder adheres to any surface and removes without leaving a mark. Sticks using command strips (4 strips for super secure hold) and has a smooth grey silicon liner that looks very mod.
